2. Yogurt
Plain or low-fat, both varieties contain large amounts of calcium which is highly beneficial for people suffering from bone, teeth or nail disorders. Also, women suffering from yeast infections of any kind may also get help from having yogurt on a regular basis. One cup of yogurt, especially the low-fat yogurt, contains more calcium that a cup of fat-free milk. You can mix yogurt with some fruit or granola for some easy fix breakfast or mid-afternoon snacks.
