Are you the kind of person who snores a lot at night? Do you keep your roommates or your partner up because of your snoring? Then you should try sleeping on your stomach. People who are stomach sleepers don’t snore at all. However, that is the only logical benefit of sleeping on your stomach. Personally, I find it very uncomfortable and painful to sleep on the stomach. Your face is buried in the pillows or if you try facing towards a side then you end up straining your neck. That’s not all, sleeping on your stomach regularly ends up harming your spine more than you think. The natural curve of the spine is flattened and that can eventually lead to back pains. So if you are a smart person who loves to sleep as much as I do, then avoid sleeping like this.
