Lie down on your back, straighten your legs and keep them on the bed. Pinch your shoulder blades in and relax your arms on the bed. Put one leg up towards the ceiling, then lower it across the body towards the other side. Hold the position, raise the leg up to start again, and lower it back down.

Repeat the same procedure on the other side.
