4. Turn off repeat alerts for messages.
It is very annoying when you receive a repeat message alert. Your phone will notify you twice for a single message. Just change the default setting of your iPhone to get rid of your phone beeping twice for the same message.
Tap on Notifications from the setting, and then go to the Messages option. Scroll down to find Repeat Alerts, and just change it to “Never.”
