3. Public transit options
You’ll see a small little train icon below when you enter a destination on Google Maps. If you tap on that icon, you’ll be shown the available public transport routes and journey times. For many places, this is pretty accurate. What’s more interesting is that you can customize these route options if you tap on them. You can then choose very useful options like wheelchair accessibility and cost.
