Pit bulls are well known for their extremely aggressive, unpredictable, and violent nature. Originally bred for baiting bulls and bears, the majority of their breeds were also used for dog fighting in various parts of the world and are considered the most dangerous dog in America. Many states have decreed them “inherently dangerous” and have banned breeding them.
