Even though a lot of us don’t realize it we go through certain stages of sadness or depression. We create this bubble around ourselves that we refuse to pop and come out into fresh air. Of course, people around us trying to give advice and suggestions don’t help with the process. It makes us feel like they are trying to meddle in our lives and we shy into the darkness more to get those people out. Then how do we get ourselves out? Only one way and that is to be our own therapist. So here are the 6 easy ways to be your own damn therapist.
6. Exercise
Practicing yoga, freehand, aerobics, etc. is a good way to relax your mind and have a refreshing start to your day. Even if you think you are too occupied with work, family, etc. find at least 10 minutes each morning and find your inner peace.
