6. Reminisce emotions
How many times have you been hurt, insulted or have seen misbehaviors of your partner? Keep reminding yourself that you have not taken a job of tolerating these ill-manners, they do not make you feel good and that is not even what any of the people deserves. You might keep forgiving the whole time but why would you? If you feel like you should go back and start over, don’t start over, star reminiscing all the bad things done to you and things are going to get clearer right away.
