1. Swiss Ball Plank

With your feet on the ground, place your elbows on a Swiss ball. Raise your hips off the ground forming a straight line from your shoulders to your feet. Brace your abs and squeeze your glutes. Focus on keeping your entire body in a straight line from head to toe. Hold this position for the recommended amount (30 seconds) of time. Return to the starting position and then repeat.
