The fact is that many of the activities we perform daily, especially those involving our hands, can cause wrist stiffness and pain. This is especially true for office workers. A few basic exercises can help increase this area’s mobility while also alleviating any soreness.
- Remove any items from the surface of your desk by standing in front of it.
- Change the position of your hands so that you may place your palms on the desk, fingers facing your body and on the desk’s edge.
- With your arms stretched out in front of you, gently press down toward the desk. Check to see that your shoulders are not tense.
- To complete, keep your wrists in this posture for a few seconds before moving them in a circular motion.
