All you have to do is sit or stand straight, rest your chin within your neck and pull both your hands behind you and try holding and interlacing your fingers, after that lift up both your hands until you feel a fine stretch within your chest and your shoulder. Hold on for some seconds and then relax and continue again for like 5 – 10 times. This would help to remove back pain and even shoulder cramps.
