7. Sugar
If you’re trying to eat healthily, it’s best to stay away from processed sugar, but sometimes it’s hard to resist the temptation. When we eat sweets as a snack, we make a big mistake. This raises your blood sugar, which causes sugar spikes and drops that make you tired and nervous.
