This one will be of more interest to the ladies. Window shopping is an easy and fun way to burn calories. Walk around your favourite shopping mall for a couple of hours. You will be amazed at how effective this can be in the long run. I can attest to this from my own experience. Opt for stairs instead of elevators or escalators. Discover new stores by walking around and exploring. Don’t linger in one place for a longer period of time. The idea is to keep yourself moving.
