Aromatherapy is a fun treatment that “uses natural plant extracts to enhance health and well-being.” It employs essential oils to improve your health, mind, and spirit. Our brains inhale odors in unique ways. Essential lemon oil may help us combat fatigue and depression, while peppermint oil may help us focus and stay alert.
How to use:
- Before you shower, add two drops of essential lemon oil to your shampoo or conditioner.
- Spray your shoes and gym bag with two drops of peppermint essential oil in a spray bottle filled with water before working out.
You can use eucalyptus as the third essential oil in any mix that you find most beneficial.
