2. You Can’t Drop Your Mobile Phone
This right here happens to be a bad habit for almost everyone. We are all guilty of using our mobile phones too much. I don’t think anyone can remember the last time they went a full day without looking at their phone. We cannot seem to drop our mobile phone. For this reason, we are not fully taking part in the conversation or enjoying the moment fully. The constant staring at the bright screen often makes us feel dizzy. Texting all the time and using social network keeps our body from fully regenerating. Thus, we end up with anxiety and become depressed. How to solve this crisis? Create a day where you will refrain yourself from using the mobile phone. Get your friends and family involved in it too. Have fun with each other rather than looking at the bright screen. Or you can create a specific time zone when you will avoid using the mobile phones. All these will bring an improvement in your life.
