8. Procrastinating
This is one bad habit that everyone is guilty of. Everyone procrastinates. For some reason or another they will put off some work and do it later. It’s in the human nature to waste time. Now if you don’t want to do something because you are bored of it or because you just don’t like it then nobody can really help you. But if you are putting it off for later because you are afraid of it or because it makes you nervous then procrastination can be very bad for the health. The constant worries and anxiety will drive you crazy. So why don’t you just relax, do something that make you feel comfortable before taking on the work you have been delaying.
