7. Bad Relationships
Now most people may think getting into a relationship is all about being happy and romantic times. But sometimes relationships can be the cause of depressions. Sometimes things don’t work out with a partner but we seem to carry on with it. Words are exchanged and the partner may say things which will hurt the self-esteem of the other person. Your pride is hurt and you end up thinking that maybe you are not worth it, that you are not good enough. All these stressful thoughts have a negative effect on your mindset. This is very bad for the health. The key to solving this problem is to identify first if your partner is being abusive. If he or she is being abusive then you should consult a therapist or family members or even a friend to help you get out the relationship.
