4. You don’t have your private time

You got your work, colleagues, friends, and family. Between them, you probably spend all your day. This leaves you with little or no time for yourself. Having a private time for you is the key to leading a healthy life. Always being surrounded by others and listening to their problems can end up with depression. So try to find a special alone time every day. Whether it is a simple walk in the park or a drive down the city on your own, give yourself that alone time. It helps clearing your mind and gives you a fresh boost.
