Coke is diuretic (induces more urine) in nature. The little water that coke contains, gets removed every time you use the loo. The extremely low water level in your body, together with heavy diuretic chemicals present in coke, will cause urine infection. And to be more precise, the worst kind. This will be followed by dehydration. Also, to be noted that all of these will have a negative impact on your kidneys and may cause them to fail and you then might require a kidney transplant.
