1. It’s the best comfort food
If you are feeling sad and need something to cheer you up, reach for some cheese. Everyone needs a comfort food and cheese is a much healthier alternative to chips or ice cream. Add thin slices of cheese to crackers, or top some cream cheese with a handful of nuts. You can also pair some cheeses with thin slices of strawberries, apples, mangoes or figs. Whatever you do, just keep things in moderation and you will be fine.
