2. Exercise your eyes
Performing eye exercises daily is one of the fastest and easiest ways to improve your vision. Practicing them daily can give you results in just a month. Eye exercises are meant to strengthen the eyes and improve vision. Using eye exercises can even eliminate your need for contacts or glasses.
First, apply heat to your eyes by rubbing your palms together and then placing them over your eyes. Keep your hands over your eyes for 5 to 10 seconds, and then repeat. Do this before any eye exercises in order to prepare your eyes. Then, massage your temples with your thumb knuckles in small circles, 20 times in both directions. Repeat the same above the middle point of the eyebrows at the forehead, and below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Next, roll your eyes. Look up, then circle clockwise 10 times and counterclockwise 10 times. Finally, take mini naps. Close your eyes, put your head back and relax for 3-5 minutes.
