5. Do cardio that you like
Cardio exercise can be boring and discouraging. If you are not interested in doing a certain exercise then the effectiveness will decline. Pick something that you like doing. This way you will enjoy it and the results will come faster to you. There are a lot of cardio to choose from, including running, walking, swimming, biking, hiking, rowing, Stairmaster, etc. Pick the one which makes you feel better.
