13. Water
Arguably one of an essential thing while working out, or even in normal day to day activity is water. You need to stay hydrated all through the day if you are working out. If you don’t take enough water your muscles will end up cramping and you will have a lot of muscle pulls. You also need to drink enough water to replace the water that have exited your body as sweat. Your body won’t absorb the water right after working out, so make sure you make a habit of drinking later all through the day.
