6. Using your mouth

If you want to tone the muscles in your face, you have to use them, just like you would with any other part of your body. Experts say that a double chin and a flabby jawline can be caused by, among other things, bad posture, genetics, and being overweight.

You can work out your face by moving it with your mouth. Make a whistle with your lips, but if you work in a shared space, don’t whistle, or you might bother other people. Make a fish mouth, and then relax your lips into an “O” shape to show surprise. Several times, stick your tongue out. Use your lips to move your lower jaw. If all of this is too embarrassing to do in public, you could chew gum, but make sure it doesn’t have a lot of sugar and calories.
