3. Sweet desserts
At the time of dieting when you’re trying hard and soul to gain shape and lose weight, sweet desserts are your worst enemies. These super hard to resist babies contain large amount of sugar(sucrose) alongside honey( fructose). These two molecules can do harm and good at the same time. We really need glucose in the body to provide it with energy. But when we eat a lot of sweets at once, our liver metabolizes it and turns it into fat which is later secreted into the blood and later they are prominently visible! Wondering how?
