1. Dairy foods
Surprisingly, new studies show that whole-fat dairy can actually aid weight loss when compared to skim or low-fat dairy. Wondering how? Well, some experts site the satiety factor. But if the case is such that you are a cheese and whipped cream lover and have a hard time controlling your levels of intake, you will be facing issues of gaining big calories. Although I’m not supporting lower calorie version of dairy much, but it can come handy if you’re well aware of the amount of calorie content. 8 fluid oz. of regular milk = 149 calories, 1 oz. of cheddar cheese = 116 calories, 1 oz. of cream cheese = 125 calories.
