9. “I’m not good enough”
Self-hate is one of the key reason of developing toxic thoughts. There can be a lot of reasons for self-hating. It may be due to some sort of failure in life but if that is the case then you have to remind yourself that you weren’t always like this. You were not born hating yourself. At some stage in your life, you developed this hatred. And just like that, this hatred can be converted into love for yourself. Be happy with what you are, who you are. It may take some time but accepting yourself is a good way to eradicate negative thoughts and be happy.
