5. “I can’t love anymore because of my past”
One of the hardest thing in life is to let go of something. Holding onto a guilt, some sort of pain or emotional trauma only deepens that pain. It makes your life that much more miserable. Change is not always easy and you’d prefer to hold onto that pain instead of changing. However, letting go might be the healthiest thing you can do. It clears up your mind, releases a burden off your shoulder and most importantly, lets you breathe easily. That is how you become happy and get rid of the toxic conscious in your life.
