5. Need to work twice as harder this time
This has to be the saddest part of missing work out. According to various studies, it takes twice as much effort and time to gain back what you originally had. For instance, you skipped running for two weeks. In order to get back to you previous stamina and endurance level, you need to workout at least a month before you are on the same level as before. Taking a break from the workout is fine, as long as you don’t stretch it.
