3. You stress out when not working out
This is a well-documented fact. When you are working out, your body releases endorphins, which is a stress reliever. Endorphin makes you happy and you don’t become agitated without a reason. Even if you are missing your workout for only two weeks, your body becomes deprived of naturally produced endorphins. As a result, your mood becomes worse and tension starts to build up in your body. When you are working on a computer for hours, the muscles in your body start to experience some negative effects. Working out allows those muscles to be stretched and the endorphin relaxes your anxiety from work stress.
