2. You cannot sleep soundly
Another well-known fact when you work out you have a sound sleep at night. Your body remains sore and you fall asleep as soon as you hit the bed. However, when you are skipping your regular workouts, you are not as tired as you usually are when you workout. Sometimes you are overwhelmed with worries. Things like a due payment or a meeting the next day. The anxieties of those events keep you up all night. You over think about those events when you go to bed and thus your sleep is ruined. When you workout, the stress from those worries is relieved and you end up sleeping like a baby.
