8. Flammable materials
You shouldn’t wear any items that are flammable onboard an aeroplane. They increase the risk in case there is a fire so it’s best to just wear clothes that won’t ignite when they get near the engine or in case of a fire or use an enclosed space. Fringe and thin fabrics (like linen and cotton)are usually flammable materials. In case of fire, thicker fabrics are generally safer.
