7. High heels
When you’ve got an aeroplane flight to catch, the last thing you want is to feel out of breath by the time you reach your gate. That’s why wearing comfy shoes that can handle uneven terrain and emergencies is a must. Wearing heels, especially, can be dangerous if they make it difficult for you to quickly get somewhere in an emergency situation.
In addition to that, high heels are often made from rigid materials, so they can be tight. When you fly for long periods, your feet might swell a little; so choose ample footwear that is comfortable and spacious instead.
