2. Appreciate what you have
Instead of fussing about what happened or could have happened, try to think about your current situation. Think about the things which make your life good. List down the positives and try to appreciate them. A key way to overcome frustration is appreciated things which you normally take for granted. Think about the house you live in, the resources that make your life easy, things like drinkable water, regular meals on your table, your job and the people around you. It will make you realize that some people have it worse.
