Analyze the situation which is frustrating you. Think what it that is bothering you is. Try to understand your problem and try to come up with a solution. Maybe it wasn’t right for you in the first place. Maybe you can find an alternate way to do it. Or it could be that you took too many things on your plate and that is why you are having such problems.
