10. Koekohe Beach, New Zealand
Koekohe is an odd looking beach which is located in New Zealand. Visiting there, you spot Moeraki boulders lying on the bed of the not so clean sand. These boulders are unusually large and spherical in size. These are actually some concretions accumulated from the mudstones along the shoreline. Moeraki boulders are grey in colour with a cracked surface for which the locals have named it as dragon eggs. This strange looking beach has become a famous spot attracting all the tourists.
