1. “I had a dream about you”
Unless you dreamt about somebody in a sexual way, and that person actually wants you, nobody wants to hear about your dreams. There is a valid reason for not wanting to hear it. You don’t exactly see the person in your dream, nor do you remember your dreams. You can only recall parts of your dreams and you see a vision of the person in your dream. In short, whatever you saw was pointless and means nothing. And if you are actually trying to make small talk, then telling somebody you saw that person in your dream only makes things awkward. Why would you see somebody unless you were thinking of that person?
