5. Diamond Pushup

One of the toughest push up to perform is the diamond pushup. These require a lot of efforts and it is perfect to build up those triceps. A key point that needs to be kept in mind while doing this is that triceps are a smaller group of muscles compared to the biceps. So you shouldn’t overwork them. To perform the diamond push-up, place your hands on the floor in front of your chest with your fingers and thumbs pressed together to form a diamond shape. Then lower your body like a regular push up and rise up.
