6. Chew slowly
When we are hungry we tend to take big bites and end up gulping it down without even chewing it properly. Studies have shown that people who eat faster, don’t realize how much they are eating and end up eating too much. When you are chewing your food properly you are taking time and you keep track of your food. Also, chewing food properly helps you to digest properly. Try to eat away from TV or any other entertainment box since it makes you eat faster.
