6. Get to the point
Nobody likes a person who keeps rambling on and on without getting to the point. Your guy will get bored very quickly if you talk continuously without letting him get a word in. Conversations should be a two-way street and make sure both parties get to contribute. If you want something, don’t beat around the bush. Just tell him what’s on your mind directly.
