3. Squats
When you do squats, you work out your quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings, and the rest of your back muscles.
How to do it: Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart or further apart if you feel unsteady. Stretch your back, bend your knees, and move your hips back as if you were sitting in a chair. As you let out your breath, get back to standing and do the exercise again.
