9. Be a cold turkey
Consuming too much high sugar food is an addiction much like cocaine or heroin addicts who can’t let a day go by without that rush inside their body. If you can strengthen your will to stop consuming high sugar foods, flour products, and artificial sweeteners, you are making a promise to yourself to detox healthily. You have to have the level of motivation with the knowledge that these sacrifices can reward you with higher metabolism and stronger immune system to keep you disease free.
