1. Sleep early
As the old saying goes “Early to bed, early to rise” you are making full utilization of the daylight. There is a reason people sleep during the night; so that people can work at daytime. So if you are not making full use of the night time you are fooling yourself. Sleep early and wake up early to have a jumpstart in your day. Waking early after plenty of sleep will give you time to have a good breakfast at home, not rush to work, avoid traffic and may even give you a chance to work out a little early morning. In short, our life becomes a whole lot better.
