5. Plan your day
The best way to optimize your day is to plan it out the day earlier. Before you go to bed, plan what you intend to do the next day. Make a schedule, and if needed write the things down. This will keep you focused on the next day and you will have a goal to achieve. This way you will get things done. It has been proven that if you don’t have a plan for yourself, you will end up doing other’s work. Additionally, having a plan will help you come up with creative and efficient ways to do those work.
