3. Follow a routine
One wise thing to do before sleeping is follow a certain bedtime routine. Developing this routine will train your brain to signal that it’s time to slow down and shut off everything. Your routine can include things like taking a hot shower before bed. When you take a hot shower and then enter a cooler room, your body temperature drops which give a signal to the body to slow down metabolism and rest everything. You can try flossing and brushing your teeth. This is a healthy thing to do and you don’t wake up with bad breath. Washing your face is also ideal. All day long your face builds up dust and oil on your face. Cleaning it will make you feel better. Try getting into a comfortable cloth so that your sleeping is much more relaxed.
