7. Prayer and meditation
Now a lot of people don’t really mediate or believing in praying. However, if you develop the habit of praying, you will feel a sense of calmness about yourself. Just like exercising makes you feel good physically, meditating and praying helps you feel better spiritually. The best time to do so is early morning right after you wake up. It helps you to clear your mind and be thankful for everything you have in your life.
