1. Stop expecting them to be ok
It is perfectly fine to be not ok at times. People are always having some sort of difficulty in their lives. They may face a problem or two every day. Be kind to them. It does not take much effort to be nice and lend a helping hand. A simple gesture of kindness, whether it is providing help or a smile, can brighten up somebody’s day. You may not think of it much, but kindness has its own rewards. You can bring the positivity to somebody’s life. You can meet somebody down the road and hear them say that they are struggling with life. Sit with them, listen to their problems and tell them it is only human to not be ok all the time. Maybe you can share your own struggles with them.
