You are not going to value your life properly unless you learn to live in the moment. In a way, you cannot reach your full potential until you start living your life to the fullest. No amount of regret or guilt can change your past. No matter how much you fuss over it, you just cannot change anything. Similarly, no amount of anxiety or worry can fix your future.
