1. Me Time
When you fall out of love, your whole world will seem to revolve around that person. Every second, every thought will be wrapped with their existence. Use this time to get to know yourself again. Surround yourself with your friends and family. Work on yourself. Hit the gym, learn a new skill. Take the time to travel the world. Fall in love with yourself rather than somebody else. The key to training your brain how to fall out of love is digging deep and finding the true you. The sadness and despair cover up all of the beautiful parts about you and your life becomes one big depression. Change all that.
