3. Overhead Crunch
Probably the most common forms of ab exercise is the overhead crunch. In order to perform this, lie down with your face upwards, and your knees bent. Feet should be firmly planted on the ground and your hands over your head grasped with each other. With your arms straight, and places alongside your head, lift off the ground by curling your torso forward. Pause for a moment before going down again. In order to get the maximum burn of this exercise, do it right after doing the weighted crunch to really feel the effects.
